1. Placing Strategic Orders

With capital funding fully approved, we coordinate the formal release of purchase orders to your selected vendor network to lock in equipment delivery dates and contractor rates.

Ensuring all purchase orders are bound to your specific User Requirement Specification (URS), agreed payment milestones, and strict performance guarantees.

2. Appointing the Principal Contractor (CDM 2015)

Under UK law, managing the health, safety, and welfare of an active industrial construction site is a strict legal mandate. We step into the role of Principal Contractor to take full, formal responsibility for on-site safety coordination.

Resource Levelling

Coordinating overlapping trades—civils, mechanical fitters, pipework specialists, and electricians—to ensure maximum efficiency on-site without overcrowding.

4. Rigorous Budget Control & Variation Management

We treat your CapEx budget with absolute discipline, tracking every penny spent against the approved funding allocation to ensure zero financial surprises.

Earned Value Tracking

Monitoring actual contractor expenditure against physical progress on the floor, ensuring payments are only released for verified, completed milestones.

Contingency Safeguarding

5. Boots-on-the-Ground Site Supervision

7. Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

Verifying materials of construction, surface finishes, weld qualities, and dimensional accuracy against the approved engineering drawings.

Preventative Vetting

8. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

The Factory Acceptance Test is the final, vital quality gateway before machinery is cleared for delivery and site installation.

Functional Stress-Testing

Powering up the equipment at the vendor’s facility to test mechanical movements, safety interlocks, loop designs, and PLC software functionality under simulated operational loads.

URS Verification

Documenting that the asset performs exactly as demanded by your original URS, ensuring that when it arrives at your plant, the on-site installation phase is as fast and predictable as possible.
